Welcome to AffiliateBank , the global affiliate marketing platform connecting vendors with affiliates. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the AffiliateBank platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AffiliateBank.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • To use AffiliateBank, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the platform.

3. User Accounts

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and is liable for all activities conducted under their account.
  • You may not share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.

4. Services Provided

  • AffiliateBank facilitates connections between vendors and affiliates for the purpose of promoting products or services.
  • Vendors can list their products/services and set commission rates, while affiliates promote them in exchange for commissions.
  • AffiliateBank does not guarantee specific results or outcomes for either party.

5. Payment and Commissions

  • For Vendors : Payment to affiliates will only occur upon verified conversions (sales, leads, etc.) as defined in your campaign settings.
  • For Affiliates : Commissions are calculated based on the agreed-upon terms and paid once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
  • All payments are subject to applicable fees, taxes, and currency conversion rates.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform belong to AffiliateBank or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
  • Users grant AffiliateBank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content they submit through the platform for the purposes of facilitating transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake clicks, invalid sales, or chargebacks.
  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or disrupt other users' experiences.
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between vendors and affiliates should first be resolved through mutual agreement.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to AffiliateBank for mediation, but we reserve the right to make final decisions based on available evidence.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AffiliateBank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party products or services promoted through the platform.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffiliateBank, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate their relationship with AffiliateBank at any time by closing their account.
  • AffiliateBank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
